For more than 10 years I have been working in the field of user experience. During my first years at a rather classic advertising agency I realized that in the digital world it is not only about a strong campaign but that the focus should be on sustainable and efficient communication. To strengthen this focus, I worked in the area of customer journey management at my second agency for a few years and dealt a lot with user interests as the basis of conception. Here I was able to gain exciting insights into a wide range of target groups such as cancer patients, architects, doctors, airport security officers, truck drivers or car mechanics and design digital applications and websites for them. After another station and two years of focus on e-commerce and the optimization of conversions, I joined coeno in 2020.
