Module 4 – User Story Mapping: Understanding user needs and translating them into products

Many backlogs are well populated – but poorly structured. Features without context, stories without a user lens, tickets without connection to the actual goal. User Story Mapping changes that.

In this workshop, participants learn how to structurally visualise user needs in the form of User Story Maps – fundamentally improving feature planning, prioritisation, and communication.
