"That's self-explanatory" is the most frequently wrong sentence in product development. Usability can be evaluated, measured, and improved – if you know the right criteria. In this workshop, participants learn objective criteria for good usability and apply them directly to examples or their own products.

  • Interaction principles based on ISO 9241 – as an evaluation standard
  • Hands-on: exercises applying and evaluating criteria against real examples
